General:
- Focus point to get fan palms trimmed away from road to have clear view for residents.
- Making sure to weed eat oak tree suckers coming out the ground.
- Weed treatment around homes on ligustrum
- Proposal for clusia around pump on yellow birch.
Pruning:
- Completed this week: Apple Blossom and Great Laural partial Citrus Tree – See map in yellow
- Estimated next week: 40-50 homes on Yellow wood, Gold Flower – See map in Orange
- During this pruning cycle, we will be performing rejuvenation cutbacks on hibiscus, petunias, firebush, and bougainvillea. We will also be reducing the height of jasmine at many front entrances.

- Driveways and flower beds are treated for weeds once per month.

- As a reminder, turf is maintained at approximately 4.75 inches during the summer months to promote healthier turf and improve drought tolerance.
IPM / Fertilization:
- The next Integrated Pest Management (IPM) application is scheduled for Monday Start next week (weather permitting).
- Weed control and insecticide will be perform and I will also have mix with liquid nutrients
- Chinch bug activity has begun throughout the area. We also recommend applying preventive grub treatment, as grub activity typically increases during September and October.
- Since our maintenance contract includes spot treatments only, we are offering residents an optional preventive Chinch Bug and Grub Treatment to help protect their lawns from significant turf damage. Cost: $125 per application.
